Changes & Cancellation

Making changes to your booking including cancellation, refunds and amendments will be subjected to an administration fee of RM100 per person. This is applicable for all services ie. Hotel, Air tickets and tours transacted via PSTconnect.com. PST Travel Services Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to charge the administration fee and these charges does not include any charges imposed directly by the airlines/hotel/travel product owner.

Please ensure to read the full terms and conditions applied by the supplier. Airlines may, with or without notice, cancel or reschedule your flight. It is your responsibility to check on the scheduled departure time ahead of travel. PST Travel Services Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for, or the failure to inform you of, any cancellation of your flights, or changes in your flight schedules.

Some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation.

As for the tour packages, in the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled or partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. The cancellation policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the products purchased. PST Travel Services Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any other costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of other travel arrangements which are not made through the company.

Cancellation or changes to reservation must be made directly with PST Travel Services Sdn Bhd during office hours on Monday to Friday, 0900-1800 hours (except on Public Holiday).
